The album follows the February 2025 release of his acclaimed jazz single “Beautifully Made,” produced by Ben Bullock and Bennie Sims, which set the tone for this deeply personal and musically diverse project.
Track Highlights
Love You For All Time -The romantic title track, co-written by Whayn Parr, is a lush love song inspired by a digital-age romance and elevated by the signature flute of jazz legend Najee.
Always - Produced by the incomparable Frank McComb, this mid-tempo groove tells the story of a man finally dating his childhood crush as an adult.
Forgive and Forget - An emotional ballad, also produced by McComb and engineered by Will Downing, where Scott explores moving forward from relationship pain.
Questions - A poignant reflection on vulnerability, co-written with soul royalty Eric Roberson and produced by Damon “Mr. Dizzy Fingers” Bennett.
Took Me Back - Funk-infused and nostalgic, this track is brought to life by the slick keys and Philly flavor of producer Will Brock.
Not Now - A sultry duet with rising Philly star Tia Shanae, written by La’Trese Jones and Stan Brisbon, exploring the complexities of timing in love.
Looking Up To You - The album’s closing tribute to Scott’s late professor Webster Lewis is a stirring reinterpretation of the Michael Wycoff classic, produced by Stan Davis Jr. Scott makes the song uniquely his own, with fresh vocal arrangements and nods to 90s R&B duo Zhané.
