Ashley Scott, hailing from the vibrant musical city of Philadelphia, PA, stands as a powerhouse vocalist celebrated for his globally chart-topping singles. His 2022 release, “Together,” joins a stellar lineup that includes the soulful ballad “Words” (2016), the infectious groove of “Thought of You” (2021), the dance anthem “Dance The Night Away” (2020), and the international rallying cry, “Don’t Throw Our Love Away” (2021). Ashley’s musical journey began at the age of 3, under the influence of his aunt Helen Scott of The Three Degrees and The Delfonics, shaping his destiny as a genre-defying artist.

A pivotal chapter in Ashley’s life unfolded at Howard University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music. Immerse in the world of jazz voice, he studied under legends like Grady Tate, Kehembe Eichelberger, and the late Webster Lewis. Ashley’s talents were showcased in the Howard University Gospel Choir, where he performed alongside gospel greats Edwin and Walter Hawkins, as well as Dorinda Clark of The Clark Sisters. The choir’s notable appearances include a performance for President Bill Clinton at The Department of Agriculture.

Ashley’s professional journey has seen him share the stage with luminaries such as Lady Alma, Jean Carn, Bilal, Marcus Johnson, and the Grammy Award-winning Take 6. His studio prowess extends to collaborations with Chavous, Sarah’s Girl, Geneva Renee, Tye Tribbett, Jim Stephens, and Will Downing. Adding to his multifaceted career, Ashley has contributed as a Board Member and Vice President of The Recording Academy Philadelphia Chapter.

Not content with simply making music, Ashley is the visionary behind The Soulful Sounds Series, an R&B Educational Program, and the host of the globally syndicated Soulful Sounds Radio program, reaching audiences in the USA, UK, and Italy. As a co-founder of the non-profit organization, The Artists United, with partner Lox Knox, Ashley plays a vital role in educating youth on the entertainment industry through the I.C.A.R.E Academy program.
